Claire has over nine years coaching experience within her own business and has seventeen years corporate business experience which includes extensive team leadership and project management both nationally and internationally. She worked at American Express where, as leader of a European Technologies Development organisation, she was involved and then led Organisational Development programs there.
A Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) which means she has completed well over 750 hours of coaching, over 125 plus hours of coach-specific training and has been mentored and observed coaching. She is a graduate and Professional Mentor Coach with Coach University (the largest global coach training institution), holds a Post-graduate diploma in Advanced Executive Coaching with the Academy of Executive Coaching, London and is an ICF assessor.
She is passionate about standards and ethics and has been President UK International Coach Federation (ICF) 2006-07, board member 2003-06 and co-chair of the ICF Global Regulatory Committee 2006. She is now working with UK coaching professional bodies to clarify ‘supervision’ within the profession.
